1. Agreement to Terms

By booking or using services from IS Cleaning Company (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

We provide residential cleaning services including, but not limited to:

  • Regular cleaning

  • Deep cleaning

  • Move-in / move-out cleaning

Service details may vary depending on the condition and size of the property.

3. Booking and Payments

  • All services must be scheduled in advance

  • Pricing is based on the size, condition, and type of service

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the condition of the home differs from what was described at booking

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee

  • No-shows or denied access may be charged up to the full service amount

5. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time.

If access is not provided, the appointment may be canceled and a fee may apply.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, which may include a re-clean of specific areas.

7. Limitations and Liability

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear

  • We are not liable for damage caused by unstable or improperly installed items

  • Clients must inform us of fragile or valuable items before the service

8. Health and Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if the environment is unsafe, hazardous, or poses a health risk.

9. Pets

Clients must inform us of any pets in the home.

For safety reasons, aggressive pets must be secured during the cleaning.

10. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
